Shipping and Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Infinity Finds Shop. Depending on product availability and the customer’s location, orders may ship from a warehouse in the United States or another international location.
Infinity Finds Shop is your primary contact for all order, shipping and delivery questions.
Order Processing
Orders generally require 1–3 business days for payment verification, inventory confirmation, preparation and fulfillment.
If a product is not immediately available at the warehouse, additional processing time may be required. We will contact you if a significant fulfillment delay affects your order.
Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays and are separate from the estimated transit times below.
Estimated Shipping Times
The following estimates begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier:

Express Shipping within 1–2 business days is only available for qualifying products stocked at an appropriate United States warehouse. Availability depends on inventory, the delivery address and the options displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
Shipping Costs
Available shipping methods and prices are displayed at checkout. Charges may depend on the destination, product weight, package size, warehouse location and selected shipping method.
Customers can review all applicable shipping costs before completing payment.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout after an order has shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to display updates.
International packages may be transferred between multiple carriers, with a local postal or delivery service completing final delivery.
Multiple Packages
Products within the same order may ship from different warehouses. Therefore, an order may arrive in multiple packages, have multiple tracking numbers or arrive on separate dates.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple packages.
Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility. Infinity Finds Shop cannot control customs charges or customs-processing times.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, apartment number, city, state or province, postal code, country and telephone number.
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.
Infinity Finds Shop is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, unknown recipient, refused package or failure to collect a shipment. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for responding to carrier communications and collecting packages within the carrier’s required timeframe.
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, destroyed or returned because of an incorrect address may not qualify for a refund. Approved reshipments may require additional payment.
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed:

Review the tracking information.

Contact the local carrier if the package has reached your country.

Contact Infinity Finds Shop if tracking has stopped updating for more than seven business days.
A temporary pause in tracking does not necessarily mean that a package is lost.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it:

Check the mailbox and surrounding property.

Ask household members or neighbors.

Verify the delivery address.

Contact the final delivery carrier.

Request written non-delivery confirmation when available.
A delivered tracking status does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement. Each claim will be investigated individually.
Lost Packages
Contact us if tracking shows that a package is lost, returned or has remained inactive for an extended period.
Depending on the investigation and available evidence, eligible claims may receive a replacement, full or partial refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products
Report damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders within seven calendar days of delivery.
Include:

A photograph of the shipping label

Clear photographs of the packaging

Photographs or video showing the issue

A description of the damaged, incorrect or missing item
Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim has been resolved. Damage limited to the external shipping box does not automatically qualify for compensation if the product is undamaged.
Order Cancellations
Submit cancellation requests as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Orders that have already shipped must be handled according to our Refund Policy.
Returns
Contact Infinity Finds Shop before returning any product. Do not return an item to the address printed on the package unless we provide written authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for a refund. If a return is approved, we will provide the correct instructions and return address.
